Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by calling our sales department at 1-888-840-1280
Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm Eastern time. We have a 30(thirty) day return or exchange policy.
Since
tea is considered a food item, it is company policy not to accept
returns for exchange or credit due to recent world events.
This applies only to tea.
We
cannot accept returns of damaged or opened product. Returned items must
be carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipment.
We do not exchange returned product unless there has been an error on our part.
A credit for authorized returned products will be issued to the credit card used for the original order.
